Highlights and Novelties
1. A concept of linguistic connection number is utilized to handle the uncertainties.

2. Prioritized aggregation operators have been designed for linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.

3. Group decision making approach is presented and validate with a real-life numerical example.

4. A systematic comparison between the proposed approach results and the other papers results is made.

Manuscript Abstract
Linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy sets (LIFSs) accommodate more uncertainties than the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and hence its applications are more extensive. Also, prioritized operators have the advantages to assign the different priority to each number. In the present manuscript, we introduce some prioritized aggregation operators for the LIFSs, whose purpose is to diminish the influence of inevitable arguments about the decision-making process, using the connection number (CN) of the set pair analysis (SPA) theory. Associated with the operational laws of CNs, we define some new operators namely, linguistic connection number prioritized (LCNP) weighted geometric (LCNPWG) and LCN ordered weighted geometric (LCNPOWG) operator to accommodate the more information. The desirable relations and the characteristics of the proposed operators are studied in details. Furthermore, a multiple attribute group decision-making approach based on the proposed operators under the LIFSs environment is developed. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to show the practicality and the feasibility of the developed approach.
