Highlights and Novelties
2- The evaluation criteria weights are computed by SWARA method and the preference order of alternatives is decided by VIKOR method with SVNSs. 3- A case study of eco-industrial thermal power plant selection problem is presented within the context of SVNSs. 4- A comparison is discussed to analyze the validity of the obtained result. Manuscript Abstract
The objective of paper is to introduce a novel integrated framework based on Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) methods within single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) context, wherein the decision experts and criteria weights are fully unknown. In the proposed approach, the evaluation criteria weights are computed by SWARA method and the preference order of alternatives is decided by VIKOR method with SVNSs. Next, to show the efficiency and applicability of the proposed framework, a case study of eco-industrial thermal power plant selection problem is presented within the context of SVNSs. In addition, this study performs sensitivity analysis with various set of criteria weights to reveal the strength of the developed approach. Finally, a comparison is discussed to analyze the validity of the obtained result. The final results confirm that the developed framework is more efficient and well consistent with previously developed methods under SVNSs context. Keywords
